Hello! I’m an I.T. Technician at Mixon IT. Originally from the Philadelphia area, I joined MIT as a career changer after spending over a decade as a special education teacher supporting students with autism and developmental disabilities.

In my younger years, I fully intended to pursue a career in IT, drawn to the challenge and intrigue of figuring out how it all works. Though my path initially took a different direction, I’ve found that much like teaching, I enjoy building relationships and helping others get unstuck so they can move forward with their day.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening with native plants, cooking, and hanging out with my wife and our dog, Zeke.
